William C. Simon, D.O., M.R.O, M.C.I.M.E

Dr. Simon Co-founded New Medical in  2003 after years with the Via Christi Riverside Health System, and has decades of experience as a family practice physician and formerly as a chiropractor. He believes in a holistic, complementarian approach to health care and frequently includes homeopathy and prolotherapy when treating patients.

Dr. Simon is board-certified in Family Practice, certified Master Independent Medical Examiner, a Medical Review Officer, a Fellow in the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture, and is a DOT National Certified Medical Examiner and Reiki Master.

Roger Unruh, D.O.

Dr. Unruh joined New Medical Health Care at its inception in 2003 after years in private practice with the Via Christi Riverside Health System, where he served as Director of Medical Education. Dr. Unruh has practiced pediatrics for more than thirty years.

Donna Bethel (St. Clair), D.O.

D. O., Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience

A passionate advocate for osteopathy, Dr. Bethel (St. Clair) is a member of the Sedgwick County Osteopathic Society and the Kansas Association of Osteopathic Medicine, where she serves on the executive committee. In addition, she is a FAA Senior Aviation Medical Examiner and a DOT National Certified Medical Examiner. Dr. Bethel (St. Clair) has been part of New Medical Health Care since 2006.

Lisa M. Harris, PA-C

Lisa holds degrees from Friends University and Wichita State University, and is a 2002 graduate of the Wichita State University Physician Assistant Program. Having been a part of New Medical Health Care since 2004, Lisa is also a member of AAPA, KAPA, and NCCPA. She is a board certified physician assistant and is also a DOT National Certified Medical Examiner.

Sarah Oehmke-Lejuerrne, APRN, ACNP-BC, FNP-BC

Sarah Oehmke-Lejuerrne is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her bachelor’s degree from Newman University and completed her master’s at Wichita State University in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2008. In 2017, she completed an additional certification, specializing in Family Practice. Her experience includes trauma surgical ICU, cardiology, and family practice. Sarah is a DOT National Certified Examiner.

Charles ‘Chip’ Jost III, PA-C, MMS

Chip holds degrees from Wichita State University and St. Louis University. Chip has worked as a NREMT-Paramedic and U.S. Army Combat Medic before graduating from the St. Louis University PA Program in 2022. Chip is a member of AAPA, KAPA and NCCPA, and is also a DOT National Certified Medical Examiner.
